Finance Analyst

RECfinancial is partnering with a local organisation currently searching for a dedicated Finance Analyst. This position is ideally suited for individuals residing within a comfortable commuting distance of East Leicestershire and Melton Mowbray. An established and highly successful manufacturing company is looking for a Finance Analyst to lead their data analysis and senior leadership reporting. The client provides a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to work from home 1 day per week. The ideal candidate will be an analytically minded professional with outstanding communication skills, strong Excel capabilities, and proficiency in SAP. Confident and proactive, you will collaborate closely with non-finance departments to gather data and reliably deliver financial reports to the board. Applications are welcome from a range of qualification backgrounds, including both Graduates and Part-Qualified candidates with at least two years experience. In this varied and engaging role, the successful candidate will take ownership of a wide range of daily financial duties. Your responsibilities will include gathering, analysing, and presenting data to senior leadership to help deliver actionable insights. Additionally, you will contribute to various ad hoc financial projects as required.
