Customer Care Administrator - Permanent - Full-Time We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Services Administrator to join our well-established client based in Wilmslow. This role would be an excellent opportunity for an individual who can demonstrate their organisation and communication. Duties: · Issuing welcome letters and recording for the 6-week check in · Answering customer service telephone calls and emails · Logging information in the correct files · Raising work requests on the systems and monitoring spreadsheets · Responding to customer queries · Ordering materials/purchase orders · Coordinating and diarising appointments · Issuing forms and documents · Liaising with internal and external teams to ensure they are dealt with efficiently · Preparing reports and minutes for weekly customer service meetings processing staff holidays/sickness/absences · Collation of weekly timesheets for payroll · Confirming arrangements on behalf of the director To be successful in this role, you will be knowledgeable and willing to learn to develop both your customer service and administration skills in line with the companies values.
