About the role
NHS Golden Jubilee has a national portfolio which includes the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital, NHS Scotland Academy, Centre for Sustainable Delivery, Golden Jubilee Research Institute and Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel.
Set in a modern, purpose built environment the facility combines a top quality hospital with hotel, and conference facilities and centres for research, clinical skills and innovation. The post holder will be responsible for the direct management of a complex and multi-stranded portfolio of quality improvement programmes. These programmes will support delivery of the highest quality health and care services in NHS Golden Jubilee through monitoring and using performance, quality and safety data to identify issues that need to be addressed and taking follow-up action to improve the quality of the care and services delivered.
As Quality Improvement Lead this role will lead on QI programmes within the Clinical Divisions and across the organisation. The role will provide the day-to-day QI leadership required to progress and drive the range of projects forwards.
Actively promote safe and reliable person centred healthcare, an open, just and fair culture and achievement of the aims and goals of the NHS Golden Jubilee (NHS GJ) Strategy, 2025-2030.
Reporting to the Head of Quality Improvement, the post holder will possess extensive experience in quality improvement, be adept at managing multiple complex initiatives, with substantial experience in change management, ideally within the health and social care landscape.

This post is offered at 36 hours per week.
