Location: London (Remote)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Uncapped Commission

We are recruiting for an established HVAC and refrigeration specialist seeking a driven Service Sales Manager / BDM to develop new business across London. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC service sales or a technical background in chillers or AHUs, selling service, maintenance and refurbishment solutions into heavy commercial, industrial and data centre environments.

The Role

Identify and secure new HVAC service and maintenance contracts across heavy commercial, light industrial and data centre environments.
Develop relationships with end users, facilities managers and key decision-makers.
Identify opportunities for chiller refurbishment, upgrades, replacements and additional works.
Conduct initial site visits, surveys and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract award, supported by an experienced technical and project management team.
The Ideal Candidate

Experience in HVAC service and maintenance sales, ideally with strong chiller or AHU knowledge.
Alternatively, a Chiller Engineer or Technical HVAC Sales Engineer with strong commercial awareness.
Technical understanding of chillers, chilled water systems, AHUs or associated HVAC equipment.
Experience working with commercial, industrial or critical cooling applications would be advantageous.
Ability to identify opportunities, develop new business and build long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable managing your own diary and territory.
