Multi Trade Operatives Required - West MidlandsWe are currently recruiting experienced Multi Trade Operatives on behalf of a large, reputable Housing Association based in the West Midlands. 📍 Location:West Midlands (various sites) 📅 Contract: Initial 3-month contract Strong potential for extension or permanent opportunities 💷 Pay Rate: Up to £27 per hour (depending on experience) Mileage paid at 45p per mile 🛠️ Role Overview:You will be working within social housing properties, carrying out a range of maintenance and repair works in occupied homes, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times. ✅ Requirements: Proven experience working in social housing, particularly occupied properties Skilled in at least one core trade; Carpentry, Plumbing or Plastering Relevant qualifications such as: NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Ability to carry out multi-trade tasks effectively Good communication and customer service skills Own van preferred (essential for travel between properties) ⭐ What's on Offer: Competitive hourly rate up to £27ph DOE Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile Opportunity to secure a longer-term or permanent position Work with a well-established and respected housing provider If you're a reliable and skilled Multi Trade Operative looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
