Job Opportunity: Maintenance Engineer (Electro-Mechanical) 🌟 📍 Location: Near Swadlincote / Church Gresley 💷 Salary: £38,000 + Flat Rate Overtime ⏰ Start Date: ASAP 🕒 Hours: Days, 37.5 hours per week with half day Friday ⚙️ Flexi Hours: Flexible start and finish times Join a global manufacturing business as part of a skilled maintenance team supporting a wide range of production equipment including hydraulic presses, pneumatics, autoclaves, extruders, and mills. 🔧 About the Role: • Planned and reactive maintenance across site machinery • Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs • Work on a varied range of manufacturing equipment • Participate in a shared call-out rota between 3 engineers 🎯 What We're Looking For: • Time-served/apprentice trained Maintenance Engineer • Electro-mechanical background with at least 40% electrical capability • Experience within manufacturing or heavy industry • MIG/TIG welding skills desirable • IPAF and FLT licences advantageous • Physically fit and locally based for call-out support • Strong personality and team fit are essential 🚀 What's in It for You: • £38,000 salary + flat rate overtime • Dayshift role with early finish every Friday • Flexible working hours • Permanent, stable position with plenty of variety
