Service Supervisor

Job Description: Service Supervisor Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 DOE Location: West Brom Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team. The Role As Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, efficiency, and team performance. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and support a team of service engineers and technicians * Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads to ensure maximum efficiency * Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales * Maintain excellent customer relationships and handle escalations where required * Support senior management in achieving departmental KPIs and targets * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures * Assist with training and development of the service team About You * Proven experience in a supervisory or senior service role (ideally within plant, agricultural, construction, or similar industries) * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities * Technical knowledge of machinery or similar equipment is highly desirable What We Offer * Competitive salary starting at £40,000 (negotiable for the right candidate) * Overtime available (Saturdays only) * Company pension scheme * Holiday allowance in line with company policy * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Supportive and professional working environment * Additional benefits in line with a standard package If you are a driven and experienced service professional looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you.
