Service Advisor – Byfleet, Surrey £32,000 - £42,000 per annum (including bonus) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Byfleet, Surrey. We are looking for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have previous automotive Service Advisor experience and are looking to join a supportive team with excellent earning potential, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Welcoming customers and managing their service and repair requirements. * Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs. * Liaising with the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently. * Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process. * Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments. * Delivering outstanding customer service from start to finish. The Ideal Candidate * Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload. * A positive, professional and team-focused attitude. * Full UK driving licence preferred.
