Parts and Administration Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts and Administration Manager based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis. 

Summary of the Parts and Administration Manager role 

Salary: £55,000 - £58,000 
Location: Biggleswade 
Type of Contract: Permanent  
Hours: Monday – Friday – 40 hours  

Responsibilities of the Parts and Administration Manager

Manage, support and develop members of Spare Parts, Service and Warranty Administration teams
Allocate workloads and monitor performance
Identify training and development needs
Confirm the validity of warranty claims received
Assist in resolving accounts queries for both credit control and accounts payable departments
Ensure correct documentation for returning both new and failed parts
Establish and maintain effective relationships between suppliers, factories and internal departments in the UK and abroad
Issue credit note requests
Prepare reports and statistics
Support the After-Sales team
Requirements for a successful Parts and Administration Manager

Experience managing or leading a team 
Background within parts, service administration, warranty administration, or a related technical/industrial environment
Strong organisational and workload management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience producing reports, analysing performance data and driving continuous improvement
Strong stakeholder management skills
