We’re working with a leading organisation within the medical and healthcare equipment sector to recruit an Internal Account Manager based in Diss, UK. Base salary to £42k with bonus. Three days office / hybrid working… This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to customers, identifying commercial opportunities and taking genuine ownership of their accounts. The Role You’ll be a key point of contact for a portfolio of NHS customers, managing day-to-day account activity while working closely with an external sales team to maximise customer retention, repeat business and revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for: • Building and maintaining trusted relationships across NHS accounts • Responding to customer enquiries, quotations and product support requests • Identifying and converting repeat, run-rate and incremental sales opportunities • Generating quotations and proactively following up opportunities • Supporting targeted inside-sales campaigns • Managing and progressing your sales pipeline • Maintaining accurate CRM records and account information • Working closely with external Account Managers and internal teams • Sharing customer intelligence, market insight and opportunities with the wider sales team • Using data to identify trends, improve account performance and increase efficiency Why join?
