Maximo Consultant – Aviation | Contract (12 months+) | SC Clearance Required (Active/Lapsed) | Inside IR35 Location: Remote-first, UK Contract: Initial 12 months (potential to extend) Clearance: SC Clerance Required (Active/Lapsed) Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced IBM Maximo SME to support a major programme within an aviation environment. The successful consultant will bring strong functional and technical knowledge of Maximo alongside experience of applying the platform within complex, asset-intensive environments. Maximo Aviation experience is highly desirable. You will work with programme stakeholders, engineering teams and technical specialists to ensure Maximo is configured and utilised effectively against operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Act as a subject-matter expert for IBM Maximo across the programme. Understand existing aviation maintenance and asset-management processes and translate requirements into Maximo solutions. Support the design, configuration and optimisation of Maximo functionality. Work with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and solution approaches. Advise on Maximo best practice across asset, work and maintenance management. Support integration, testing, migration and deployment activities where required. Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise the use of the Maximo platform.
