Shift Leader — Coffee Bar & Customer Experience

Blank Street is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader in Edinburgh to drive sales and enhance customer experience. You'll support your General Manager in training staff, creating positive customer interactions, and building a loyal customer base. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, championing café culture with a welcoming approach.
