Our rails-agnostic approach empowers any business to move and manage money globally - across both traditional rails and stablecoins — at scale, and in real time.The OpenPayd platform delivers a suite of banking and payments infrastructure: accounts in over 40 currencies, FX, on/off ramp, international and domestic payments, Open Banking services – all via a single API.A global network of licences alongside our best-in-class tech is why we're trusted by 1000+ enterprise clients to process over $180bn volume annually.How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey?Conduct independent quality control reviews of: Customer onboarding process, Transaction monitoring alerts and investigations and periodic and event-driven customer reviewsAssess the completeness, accuracy, and quality of case handling, documentation, and decision-makingVerify compliance with internal policies, procedures, regulatory obligations, and risk frameworksIdentify errors, inconsistencies, control weaknesses, and areas requiring remediationDocument review findings and provide clear, constructive feedback to operational teams and managersProduce quality control reports, scorecards, trend analysis, and management information (MI)Monitor recurring issues and identify opportunities for process improvements and targeted trainingSupport root cause analysis and corrective action plans.Partner with Onboarding, Financial Crime Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams to improve quality standards and consistencyContribute to the development and maintenance of quality control methodologies, checklists, and review frameworksAssist with regulatory, internal audit, and compliance assurance activities where requiredSupport the expansion of the Quality Control framework into additional operational functions over timeParticipate in quality initiatives designed to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experienceHelp drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across OperationsThe ideal candidate will have the following:Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a similar operational oversight roleStrong understanding of KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and customer lifecycle management processesKnowledge of transaction monitoring and financial crime controlsExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to assess complex cases and apply policies consistentlyExperience producing reports and management information.
