Minibus Driver (Term-time)

Brighton College is seekingto appoint a Minibus Driver on a term-time basis

Reporting to:Transport Manager

Main purpose of the role:Driving College vehicles as required. The focus of this position is to carry pupils to and from the College safely, maintaining high driving standards, on-time and in accordance with the published schedule.

Minibus Driver General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Driving College vehicles as required.
• Carrying out pre and post journey vehicles checks.
• Keeping the vehicles clean and tidy inside and outside.
• Assisting and supervising passengers as necessary.
• Any other reasonable management request.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• Possess a full, clean UK D1 Minibus Licence (Essential).
• Possess a category D bus licence (Desirable).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Positive collaboration, with an ability to bring out the best in those around them.
• An infectious "can do" attitude.
