Schedule:- Days/Hours 5 out of 6 days (Sunday to Friday) & 6:00pm until finish Rate of Pay:- £14.90 per hour Key Responsibilities: Cutting, trimming, deboning, and portioning meat to specification Preparing meat products for production and dispatch Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times Working efficiently to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment Requirements: Previous experience as a butcher or within meat/food production Confident using knives and butchery equipment safely Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards Reliable, hardworking, and able to work evening shifts What We Offer: Competitive pay rates (PAYE).
