As a Learning Support Mentor, you will play a key role in building the confidence and self-esteem of each pupil, whilst supporting their academic progress, social development and personal growth.
To cater to the needs of each student, you will need to be flexible, with the ability to adapt your communication style.

Previous experience working with children or vulnerable adults would be beneficial.
A degree in a related field, such as Psychology or Criminology, would also be beneficial but not essential.
