A leading UK law firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Associate/Solicitor (25 PQE) to join its highly regarded corporate tax team in Guildford.

The team advises UK and international businesses on a broad range of corporate tax matters, including M&A, reorganisations, venture capital, share incentives, VAT, international tax and tax disputes.

The role:

Advise clients on a variety of corporate tax matters
Support M&A transactions, including tax warranties and deeds
Assist with SEIS/EIS applications and share incentive schemes
Undertake document reviews, case management and client communications
Contribute to business development and the wider growth of the team
About you:

25 years' PQE in corporate tax
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Comfortable in a client-facing environment
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Working: Hybrid, with up to 50% remote working
