Construction Estimator

Position: Estimator Job type: Permanent Location: Ipswich, East Anglia Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE), plus a great benefits package Looking for a new challenge that offers progression? My client is recruiting for an Estimator to join their Pre-Construction team.

The Role Joining this small pre-construction team, you will have a big impact on input and results, along with the opportunity of a development plan to a Senior Estimator.

The successful candidate will be managing the cost plans and pricing of single and 2-stage tenders under JCT D&B forms of contract.

You will help produce Bills of Quantities (BOQs), take offs, full cost plans, and target cost reporting, as well as occasional pre-construction surveying duties.
