This company is a specialist in delivering high-voltage infrastructure projects across the UK.
With a strong reputation for quality, safety and technical excellence, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, expand existing accounts and support their continued growth strategy.
In this role you will develop new business pipelines, manage key customer relationships and work closely with operational teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients across utilities, renewables and infrastructure sectors.
The position offers autonomy, progression and excellent earning potential through uncapped commission.
The Role: Identify and win new business opportunities across target markets Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Manage the full sales process from lead generation through to contract award Prepare proposals, tenders and commercial presentations Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery Represent the business at client meetings, networking events and industry forums Track market trends, competitors and growth opportunities The Person: Experience in a BDM, Sales Manager or Account Manager role Background in utilities, electrical, construction or engineering sectors Knowledge within high voltage electricity.
