The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of the nursery, maintaining exceptional standards of care and education, supporting staff development, and building strong relationships with families and the wider community.
Role Details: Nursery Manager Full-time, Permanent Position September 2026 Start Location: Hammersmith & Fulham, London Salary: £42,000
- £45,000 per annum Hours: 42 hours per week All-year-round nursery Benefits Include: Generous holiday allowance including bank holidays Additional time off during the Christmas period Staff reward and recognition schemes Supportive and collaborative leadership team Excellent professional development and career progression opportunities High-quality facilities and resources Strong focus on staff wellbeing and work-life balance The Successful Nursery Manager Will: Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years/Childcare Have previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership role within Early Years Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional standards of care and education Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff Be organised, proactive, passionate, and committed to early childhood development This is an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic nursery setting in Hammersmith & Fulham that truly values its staff and is committed to delivering outstanding early years education in a nurturing and inspiring environment. xwzovoh
