Our engineering clients based close to Havant have an exciting opportunity for a Press Brake Operator to join their growing team.

As a Press Brake Operator, you will be a key player in our production team, responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brakes to produce high-quality sheet metal components.
Your expertise will ensure our production targets are met efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities: Set up and operate all CNC press brakes.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans and engineering drawings.
Ensure production processes are cost-effective and report any time overruns.
Promote and maintain our quality standards in collaboration with the Quality Manager.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Assist in developing ideas to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Support training requirements and mentor team members.
Provide feedback to management to enhance processes and quality control. xwzovoh
Required skills Experience using Press Brake Machines or similar Experience and understanding of Lean manufacturing principles Experience with CAD software not essential Working hours 4 day working week!
