School Business Manager

Classroom Teachers Ltd is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to join a primary school in Enfield on a temporary basis until the end of August.

Contract:Temporary (until end of August) Working pattern:4 days per week Start:Immediate or short notice preferred Pay: £ 25£28 per hour negotiable depending on experience (PAYE or umbrella options available) Location: Enfield,London Key Responsibilities Oversee school finance, budgeting, and financial reporting Manage HR processes, payroll coordination, and staff administration Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safeguarding standards Support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team with strategic planning Oversee premises, contracts, and facilities management Manage administrative and support staff where required Person Specification Strong financial background with proven school budgeting/finance experience Excellent organisational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and school management systems Experience working collaboratively within a school environment Passion for education and supporting childrens wellbeing Previous experience in a primary, secondary, or academy setting (desirable) Why work with Classroom Teachers?
