Team Leader Opportunity – Tamworth Area 🚨 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a busy warehouse operation in the Tamworth area. 📍 Location: Tamworth / Dordon 🕙 Shift Pattern: Sunday-Thursday ⏰ Hours: 10:00-18:30 💷 Pay Rate: * £13.90 per hour for the first 12 weeks (probation period) * £14.70 per hour after 12 weeks Key Responsibilities: ✅ Supporting the daily warehouse operation ✅ Managing and motivating a team ✅ Monitoring productivity and performance ✅ Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed ✅ Assisting management with operational tasks and reporting Requirements: ✔ Previous Team Leader or supervisory warehouse experience ✔ Good communication and organisational skills ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ✔ Strong understanding of warehouse operations This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position within a growing and professional environment. 📩 Please apply with your CV or contact us directly for more information
