Nursery Practitioner Location : Andover Salary: £13.15 £13.50 per hour A friendly and professional early years setting is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join its childcare team.

The successful candidate will work closely with management and team members to help deliver high-quality childcare in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

The role requires someone who is flexible, reliable, positive, and passionate about supporting childrens development.

Key Responsibilities Support childrens learning, development, and wellbeing in accordance with the EYFS framework Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities and learning experiences Participate in observations, assessments, and progress reporting for children Act as a key person for a designated group of children Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals Promote a safe, secure, clean, and stimulating nursery environment Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the setting Support the care and maintenance of nursery equipment and resources Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and nursery events when required Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies and procedures Requirements Previous experience working within an early years or nursery setting preferred Good understanding of the EYFS framework Strong communication xwzovoh and teamwork skills Caring, patient, and professional approach Ability to work flexibly and use initiative Commitment to safeguarding and promoting childrens welfare Willingness to attend training and professional development opportunities What the Role Offers Supportive and friendly working environment Ongoing training and career development opportunities Opportunity to make a positive impact on childrens early learning and development Collaborative team culture within a well-established childcare setting
