- £62,000 Hybrid Working Increased Holiday Private Healthcare Pension Norwich Are you an experienced compliance professional with knowledge of NERS accreditation looking to join a growing high voltage business where you can play a key role in governance, standards and continuous improvement? This company is a specialist in delivering high-voltage infrastructure projects across the UK.
With a strong reputation for quality, safety and technical excellence, they are looking for a Compliance Manager to oversee all regulatory, accreditation and internal compliance processes across the business.
In this role you will manage compliance systems, lead audits, maintain NERS accreditation standards and work closely with operational teams to ensure best practice is embedded throughout the organisation.
The position offers autonomy, career progression and hybrid working flexibility.
The Role: Lead the company through the process of becoming an ICP and achieving NERS accreditation .
Create and manage company policies, procedures and compliance systems.
Ensure all high voltage work meets industry, legal and safety standards.
Organise staff training, competencies, authorisations and certification records.
Carry out audits, manage non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.
Act as the main contact for accreditors, clients and external compliance bodies.
