RoleOverview: Practical,hands-onmechanicalengineerwithastrongplumbingbackground.

Workacrossmultiplebuildingsonasinglesite.

Responsibilitiesincludeamixofplannedmaintenance,reactiverepairs,andstatutorycompliancetasks(wheretrained).

Customer-facingrole,workingaspartofasmallon-siteteam.

Nocompanyvehicleprovided;afullUKdrivinglicenceisrequiredforonsiteuseandoccasionalpartscollection.

On-calloneweekpermonth,withadditionalweeklypayment.

MainResponsibilities: PerformplannedpreventativemaintenanceformechanicalandHVACsystems.

Respondpromptlytoreactivemaintenancetasksandresolveissuesefficiently.

Assistwithstatutorycompliancechecks(e.g.,emergencylighting,firedampers).

Completecompliancedocumentationaccuratelyandwithinrequiredtimelines.

Followhealthandsafetyregulationsatalltimes.

EssentialSkills&Experience: Provenexperienceinasite-basedrole,managingmaintenanceacrossmultiplebuildings.

NVQLevel2Plumbingorequivalentqualification.

StrongexperiencemaintainingHVACsystems.

KnowledgeofLegionellacontrol,ACOPL8,andwaterhygieneregulations.

Excellentorganisational,timemanagement,andattentiontodetailskills.

ComfortableusinghandhelddevicesorCAFMsystemsfortaskmanagement.

FullUKdrivinglicence.

DesirableQualifications: WRASapproved.

GasSaferegistered(preferredbutnotessential).

Legionellaawarenesstraining(City&Guildsorequivalent).

ExperiencewithTMVmaintenance,dead-legidentification,andwatersampling.

CSCSorotherrelevantsafetycertification.
