Electrical Maintenance Engineer Double Day Shifts £43
- £48,000 per year (plus weekly production bonus and overtime opportunities) Double Day Shift Pattern (05:3014:00 and 13:3022:00), Monday to Friday Herefordshire Key Responsibilities Provide advanced diagnostics and resolution during electrical breakdowns Ensure timely maintenance and repair of faults Drive best practices in electrical safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate documentation and records for electrical systems, projects, and interventions Candidate Requirements Strong electrical engineering background with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance Excellent fault-finding, problem-solving, and communication skills Proactive, organised, and dependable approach to both leadership and engineering tasks Solid knowledge of: Electrical fault finding (I/O, control panels, sensors) 3-phase and single-phase AC/DC systems PLC-based systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi desirable) xwzovoh Quality control vision systems Industrial automation and safety protocols Completion of a recognised Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification Benefits and Rewards Weekly production bonus Overtime opportunities Long-term career progression and training opportunities in a supportive environment
