Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit Lightning Protection & Earthing Engineers , Test Engineers , and Adult Learners from related industries who are keen to retrain and develop their careers within a highly skilled and supportive team.

The Role You will be involved in the installation, testing, inspection, and maintenance of lightning protection and earthing systems across a range of sites nationwide.

Requirements NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline Valid CSCS card Experience in lightning protection, earthing, or a related field (preferred but not essential for trainees) Willingness to learn and develop within the role Full UK driving licence (advantageous) Whats on Offer Competitive salary, dependent on experience and grade Overtime opportunities Tax-free meal allowance when working away Accommodation paid in advance Company van and modern equipment provided Long xwzovoh service holiday entitlement Ongoing training and development (fully paid) Christmas bonus Clear progression opportunities For candidates with the right attitude and work ethic, annual earnings of up to £50,000 are achievable.
