This is a fantastic opportunity for Surveyors or Senior Surveyors looking to take ownership of a diverse portfolio, contribute to high-profile projects, and be part of a respected national service line.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Valuation of residential assets including single-unit dwellings, large-scale development schemes, and diversified portfolios.
RICS Red Book valuations, market appraisals, and strategic consultancy across the full spectrum of residential property types.
Undertaking inspections, research, and writing valuation reports for a variety of clients.
Supporting secured lending, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, litigation, and taxation valuations.
Providing expert witness services in disputes and professional negligence claims.
Advising on distressed assets and offering strategic solutions to lenders.
Collaborating with colleagues nationally to deliver consistent, evidence-based advice.
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the division.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SELECTED? MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status.
Strong knowledge of the London and South East residential property markets.
Proven experience in residential valuation work (Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level).
Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle a high volume of instructions.
Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and confident in decision-making. xwzovoh
