Overtime (Mon Fri after 10hrs): Time-and-a-half ( £21.00/hr from April) Saturday Rate: Time-and-a-half for all hours worked ( £21.00/hr from April) Sunday & Bank Holiday: £28.00/hr from April) Attendance Bonus: Tax Efficiency: Mobile worker allowance (up to £0.225/hr tax relief). The Role Operating out of our strategic sites in the South East, you will be the face of TJ Transport . You will be driving 8-wheel Grab vehicles, transporting aggregates and muckaway between construction sites, quarries, and our recycling facilities. Help us achieve our goal of recycling 100% of the waste we receive. The Schedule: Minimum 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend overtime available to significantly boost your take-home pay.
