- £29,000 per year Full-time, Permanent Location: Chichester We are looking for an organised and people-focused Care Coordinator to join a well-established domiciliary care provider in the Chichester area.

The Role As a Care Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the service, ensuring care is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating care schedules and rotas to ensure continuity of care Managing day-to-day changes, including sickness and short-notice cover Communicating effectively with Care Professionals, clients and families Supporting the onboarding of new care packages Maintaining accurate care records and system updates Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery Supporting with general office administration and enquiries About You Experience within domiciliary care, ideally in a coordination or senior care role Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload Confident communicator, both over the phone and in person A calm, solution-focused approach to problem solving Experience using care systems (e.g.
scheduling or care planning software) is desirable A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Full xwzovoh UK driving licence preferred What's on Offer Salary of £28,000
