A leading UK law firm is looking for a Pensions Solicitor/ Associate (13 PQE) to join its highly regarded specialist team in Guildford.

The team advises trustees, employers and pension scheme providers across a broad range of pensions matters, including scheme governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and pensions issues arising from corporate transactions.

The role:

Advise trustee and employer clients on day-to-day pensions and life assurance matters
Support pensions aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence
Draft and review scheme documentation, member communications and advice notes
Undertake legal research and monitor regulatory developments
Attend client meetings and provide practical, commercial advice
Support business development, pitches and thought leadership
About you:

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 13 PQE
Experience or exposure to pensions law
Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills
Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
Organised and able to manage competing priorities
Confident communicator with strong client and relationship-building skills
Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to develop within a specialist practice
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Working: Hybrid, with at least 50% working from home/another UK location
