£39,600 to £41,400 including tronc
Busy lifestyle venue in Kings Cross looking for a strong Night Chef de Partie to join the team.
Youll support the overnight kitchen operation across in-room dining, prep, events, and late-night service within a fast-paced, quality-led environment.
What You Need Experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen
Comfortable working night shifts
Ability to run your own section independently
Calm under pressure
Strong organisation and communication skills
Positive attitude and team mentality
