Head of Year

We are supporting a secondary school in Manchester that is looking for a caring and dedicated individual to join their pastoral team as a Head of Year. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting students and possess strong behaviour management skills. Your role will involve guiding students and helping them achieve their best outcomes, responding to behaviour issues across the school, and acting as a trusted adult and positive role model while providing consistent boundaries.

The Head of Year will collaborate with the pastoral and teaching teams to foster a positive, supportive, and nurturing learning environment.

Requirements: Experience working with and supporting young people.
