Our client is seeking a number of production technicians to join their dynamic team in producing high-quality products. Responsibilities: Manufacture precise products, adhering to stringent specifications and quality standards. Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product consistency and compliance. Accurately record process data, complete production logs, and document deviations. Collaborate with team members to achieve production output, yield targets, and continuous improvement goals. Maintain discipline in safety, housekeeping, and time management. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, reporting any process or equipment issues promptly. Requirements: GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with precision. Team player with excellent communication skills (spoken and written English). High level of responsibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a production setting (on-the-job training provided). Familiarity with protocols and basic computer systems is beneficial.
