Multi Skilled Electrical Maintenance EngineerLocation: SevernsideAreas: Dairy & Blow MouldingContract: PermanentShift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (2 days, 2 nights, 7am–7pm)About the OpportunityWe’re looking for multiple Multi Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join our Severnside Engineering team, supporting both our Dairy and Blow Moulding operations.Whether you’re working on processing and packaging equipment or high-speed bottle manufacturing lines, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently and reliably.What You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you’ll take ownership of bothplanned and reactive maintenance, with a strong electrical bias and hands-on mechanical fault-finding.You’ll be responsible for:Delivering planned, reactive and corrective maintenance across siteDiagnosing faults across electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systemsSupporting basic automation fault finding and improvementsCompleting PM, CBM and continuous improvement activitiesIdentifying root causes and driving long-term fixesContributing to reliability and performance improvements across the plantWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re interested in engineers who bring both technical capability and a proactive mindset:Recognised engineering apprenticeshipStrong electrical skills with solid mechanical understandingExperience in manufacturing, FMCG or similar fast-paced environmentsUnderstanding of maintenance systems and continuous improvement toolsHNC (or equivalent) preferredIOSH / NEBOSH (desirable, not essential)What You’ll Get in ReturnClear career progression pathways within a large, established business276 hours annual leave5% bonus (company performance dependent)Pension scheme & life assuranceMüller Rewards platform (retail discounts)On-site parkingSupportive, team-focused engineering environmentWhy Join Müller?At Müller, we’re proud of our people and the environment we create.
