Support Worker Learning Disabilities

- Haverhill, Suffolk, CB9 Location: Haverhill, Suffolk (CB9) Salary: £24,785 per annum (pro rata) | Extras: Enhanced sleep-in rate of £63.70 per shift Benefits: Comprehensive Package, Career Progression, & Enhanced DBS covered Shift Patterns: We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Relief contracts.
Core hours are 7 am10 pm.
Note: Ability to complete at least one sleep-in per week (10 pm7 am) is required.

- Haverhill, Suffolk, CB9 As a Support Worker, you aren't just providing care; you are an advocate and a mentor.
You will: Empower Independence: Help with cooking, life skills, and personal hobbies.
Enable Community Life: Accompany individuals to the cinema, parks, and local events.
Provide Emotional Support: Be a consistent, trusting presence.
Personal Care: Deliver respectful, dignified assistance when required.
About You We hire for heart and attitude over experience.
