60,000 - £70,000 + 20% bonus + equity
No Cold Calling : this is a systems and operational SDR-type role with no outbound cold calling.

Our client is an AI technology business working in the financial services space. With a strong global presence, they offer the high-growth environment of a startup alongside the long-term stability of a successful, revenue-led business.
This is not a traditional sales or operations role. It is a hybrid position for someone at the inflection point between sales development and account management. Our client is looking for a technical salesperson who can build complex CRM workflows in the morning and lead a discovery call in the afternoon.
You will support the senior sales team while building the engine that allows them to scale. You will be responsible for automating routing, enrichment, and data hygiene within the CRM to ensure it remains the single source of truth.
You will build the connectivity that makes the sales process repeatable and efficient.
Commercial apprenticeship: Shadow senior team members on pitches, help prepare specific deal collateral, and manage the technical aspects of platform trials.
Experience: You have 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a highly operational sales development role at a fast-moving software company.
You should have hands-on experience building workflows in modern CRMs and a proactive interest in using AI tools.
Data-led: You can build simple, clear dashboards that make pipeline health and follow-up speed obvious to the leadership team.
