Electrical Shift Engineer – Thetford Location: Thetford, Norfolk Salary: Circa £48,000 + Benefits Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Shift Engineer to join a large manufacturing operation based near Thetford. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, focused on reactive breakdowns, planned preventative maintenance, fault finding and supporting overall site reliability across automated production machinery. The successful candidate will ideally come from a manufacturing, FMCG, food production or automated production background and be comfortable working within a shift-based environment. Key experience required: * Electrical fault finding and maintenance * PPM and reactive maintenance * Manufacturing or production machinery experience * PLC fault finding exposure * Comfortable working within a fast-paced production environment This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing engineering team within a well-established manufacturing business.
