Whatyoullbe doing Carrying outLandlord Gas Safety checks (CP12s) Servicing,diagnosingand repairing boilers Fault finding on central heating systems Completing general plumbing work Managing materials and ordering parts efficiently Delivering aprofessional and friendly serviceto customers Working independently to a high standard Taking part in a paid callout rota Whatwerelooking for Minimum12 years experiencein plumbing & heating Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service Ability to manage your own workload effectively Gas Safe registeredwith current qualifications: ACS CCN1 CENWAT CKR1 HTR1 Whatson offer £40,000 salary(depending on experience) Company van & fuel card No weekends or bank holidays,excellent worklife balance Overtime available during peak periods Paid call-out rota xwzovoh withadditionalearnings 20 days holiday bank holidays Ongoing training and development Clear progression opportunities Location Based in Colchester, covering North Essex and South Suffolklocal patch, no excessive travel Working Hours Monday to Friday Why joinKoziwarm?
