Our tiered commission structure is designed to maximise your take-home pay as your business grows, while keeping your overheads remarkably low.

Tiered Commission Splits

Your percentage split increases based on the total gross income you generate per year (proc fees and broker fees)

Annual Income Generated from fees and lender commissions

Under £30k - 75% for your own leads & 40% for company supplied leads*

£30k - £80k - 80% for your own leads & 50% for company supplied leads*

Over £80k - 85% for your own leads & 60% for company supplied leads*

Commission is paid every Friday.

*Net of any fees paid to an introducer

Monthly Fees & Overheads

• Admin Support: £0 (Full support from our office-based staff at no cost to you)
• CRM & Sourcing Software: £49 per month
• Monthly Compliance Fee: £149 per month

Note: The compliance fee is only payable if your annual income is below £30,000, once you exceed the £30k threshold, this fee is completely waived.
