Social Worker – Children with Disabilities Team – Nottingham City Council
Location: Nottingham City Council
Pay/Salary: up to £37.50 per hour
Office Working: 2 Days per week
Contract: Locum
We are currently working with Nottingham City Council to find an experienced Social Worker for their Children with Disabilities team in Childrens Services. With a stable management team and a mostly permanent workforce, Nottingham are looking for someone with solid experience to be able to pick up a caseload and support their service.
Duties
* Completing Section 47’s and section 17 enquiries
* Working closely with multi-agency partners, including OT’s, CAMHS, paediatric and SEND partners)
* Undertake Section 7 and Section 37 reports and attend Court
* Long term engagement with families, including direct work, capturing the voice of the Child
* Write conference reports and attend conferences
* Undertake all Child Protection work from the initial conference onwards
What you need
* Social Work Qualification
* Social Work England registration
* Enhanced DBS (provided by us)
