What you'll do

• Design and implement workflows to improve the efficiency of the legal department.
• Manage legal technology tools and software to track contracts, compliance, and internal requests.
• Oversee legal department budgets, outside counsel spend, and vendor management.
• Develop internal policies and standard operating procedures for legal documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, and IT to ensure alignment on business operations.
• Track key performance indicators to report on the legal team's output and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Significant experience in legal operations, preferably within a high-growth technology or cloud infrastructure company.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-departmental initiatives.
• Deep understanding of legal department billing, matter management, and contract lifecycle management systems.
• Strong analytical skills for managing budgets and reporting on operational metrics.
• Ability to work from one of our specified office locations.
