Fortus Recruitment are currently working with a leading Social Housing Contractor to recruit an experienced Plumber to join their repairs and maintenance team. We are currently looking for an experienced Unvented Plumber to join a growing maintenance team working within the social housing sector.
This is a permanent position carrying out reactive maintenance and repair work within occupied and void residential properties. The successful candidate will be provided with a company van and fuel card and will be expected to deliver high-quality plumbing repairs and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance within social housing properties
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
Working on unvented hot water systems
Replacing and repairing cylinders, pipework, taps, valves and sanitary ware
Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with regulations
Providing a professional service to tenants and clients
Requirements Proven experience as a Plumber within domestic or social housing environments
Unvented Hot Water Qualification Essential
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong xwzovoh fault-finding and maintenance experience
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Benefits Salary of £37,500 per year
