Machine Operator – Full‑Time Hours Monday to Friday 06.00 to 15.00 Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Box Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient set‑up, operation, and maintenance of box‑making machinery to produce cardboard packaging to customer specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced production setting. Role Purpose The Box Machine Operator ensures the safe, efficient, and high‑quality operation of box‑making machinery. This includes machine set‑up, adjustments, monitoring production output, and carrying out routine maintenance. The operator must follow all health and safety regulations and maintain consistent production standards. Key Duties & Responsibilities * Set up, operate, and adjust box‑making machines * Monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production * Make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality * Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications * Maintain a clean and safe working environment Skills & Experience * Experience operating box‑making or similar production machinery (preferred) * Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment * Excellent attention to detail and quality standards * Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity * Up to date with current Health and Safety regulations Personal Attributes * Reliable and hardworking * Quality‑focused with a proactive approach * Able to work quickly and accurately * Positive attitude and willingness to learn Due to the location and start time, please ensure you can reach the company.
