What You'll Be Doing: Delivering 1:1 and small group academic interventions Supporting children with additional learning needs and special educational needs (SEN) Working alongside class teachers and SENCOs to monitor pupil progress Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and social skills Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment across Slough schools Who We're Looking For: A recent graduate with an interest in education, child psychology, or SEN A patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable team player Someone with a desire to train as a teacher, educational psychologist, or therapist Experience with children or young people (voluntary or paid) is a bonus but not essential Why Work in Slough Schools?
