Salary: £32,600 basic plus bonus up to £37,600 per year Bonus: £3,600+ achievable Benefits: Company pension Employee discount & store discount Cycle to work scheme Free flu jabs Life insurance Referral programme On‑site parking Enhanced maternity & paternity leave Career development with fully funded IMI courses Retail vouchers & finder’s fee Eye care vouchers Buy/sell holiday scheme Employee Assistance Programme Long service recognition Charity match Employee of the month (£50 voucher) Centre of the month (go‑karting race prize) About the Role As an MOT Technician, your responsibilities will include: Carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA requirements Completing mechanical repairs and general servicing Fitting brakes, exhausts, tyres, and other mechanical components Using alignment equipment and interpreting results accurately Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard Maintaining excellent personal presentation and correct uniform Following all health & safety regulations Carrying out reasonable tasks requested by managementAbout You Valid MOT Licence (essential) Experience in mechanical and fast‑fit repairs (tyres, brakes, exhausts, suspension, servicing) Strong customer service skills Full UK driving licence Confident using hand tools and working to high standardsWhy Join Us?
