Mobile Alloy Wheel & S.M.A.R.T Repair Technician

Position; Mobile Alloy Wheel & S.M.A.R.T Repair Technician Location; Bicester Salary; £35,000 - £45,000 We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Mobile Alloy Wheel & S.M.A.R.T Repair Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with previous experience in alloy wheel refurbishment, paint repairs, and vehicle cosmetic repairs. You will be working on a mobile basis, carrying out high-quality repairs to customer vehicles while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining company standards. Key responsibilities; Carry out alloy wheel refurbishment and repairs Perform S.M.A.R.T repairs including scratches, scuffs, dents, and paint damage Prepare, prime, paint, and finish vehicle surfaces to a high standard Assess vehicle damage and determine the best repair methods Use repair equipment and materials safely and effectively Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the mobile unit/work area Provide professional customer service at all times Required; Previous experience in alloy wheel refurbishment and/or S.M.A.R.T repair Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and paint processes Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Full UK Driving Licence required Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitudeDesirable Skills: Experience working in a mobile repair environment Knowledge of colour matching and paint blending Bodyshop or vehicle cosmetic repair backgroundCommutable locations; Bicester, Oxford, Witney, Banbury, Alyesbury.
