Assignment Length: 6 Months (Bank)
Hours: 37.5 hours, Mon - Fri ( 9 to 5) (Part time available)
Pay Rate: £15.93/hr + holiday pay (£2.81/hr) + NHSP pays for your employer's NI (£3.97/hr) ==> £22.71/h
Band: 4

Summary

As an Admin Support - Digital professional, you’ll provide administrative support for digital work in an NHS setting. Your impact: accurate, well-organised administrative information helps colleagues access what they need and focus on supporting NHS services.

Responsibilities

* Ability to accurately prepare minutes for key meetings utilising co-pilot – experienced in minute taking, attention to detail and a high standard of literacy required

* Maintaining action & decision logs – Thorough, attention to detail

* Preparing and sending comms, and physically distributing to wards where appropriate – organised, diligent, confident communicator

* Preparing staff rotas for digital deployments – good team player, organised

* Completing requisitions for Purchase Orders and liaising with finance & procurement staff where required – quick learner, self starter

* Updating training completion statistics – confident with using word, excel and co-pilot

* Supporting preparation of slide packs for key meetings – confident using powerpoint

* Assembling Programme Board papers and distributing – organised

* Share slide packs on-screen for large meetings – confident in using MS Teams

* Ad hoc tasks to support the Digital teams and new system/functionality deployments

Ideally able to travel to any of our BHT sites where required (this is occasional, to support digital deployments) - SMH, AH, BH & WH
