About the role
About The Role:
At AO, our values keep us focused on what matters most — and we know our people are our greatest asset. As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our reputation as a 5* place to work, acting as the first point of contact for all things HR, with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
You’ll provide fair, impartial guidance to managers across the business while working within a supportive, collaborative team that isn’t afraid to challenge each other (and regularly debates the next snack choice!).
No two days are the same in this fast-paced role. You’ll manage a variety of cases, support managers through processes, and help improve how we work to ensure consistent, ethical decision-making. If you’re ready to get stuck in and make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
